About DanFin

I built this project because I am fed up with the direction the trading space is heading. And I am not saying that from the sidelines. I became one of the many who fell down the rabbit hole, convinced I knew what I was doing when I really did not. Looking back, most of what went wrong was avoidable, and that is exactly what pushed me to build something more honest: tools and information that show you the real odds before you spend money, instead of selling you a dream.

How I think about it

No signals, no paid group, no promises of easy money. Prop firms can be a genuine opportunity for prepared traders and an expensive trap for unprepared ones, and most content online blurs that line on purpose. This site tries to do the opposite: show the maths, be upfront about the risks, and let you make your own decision.

How the site is funded

The tools and guides are free. To keep them that way, the site uses affiliate links and advertising. If you use an affiliate link, DanFin may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes the results the simulator gives you.
